On  June 21, 2021, The plaintiff was operating his motorcycle in Metuchen, New Jersey, when a distracted driver struck the plaintiff on this motorcycle. Due to the collision, the plaintiff was rushed to the emergency room at RWJ for suffering injuries to his left leg and arm. At the ER, the plaintiff required surgery and instrumentation to repair his left leg and had to undergo surgery on his wrist.  Following the ER visit and surgeries, the plaintiff required additional surgery to his left leg to remove the hardware and repair a nerve. Due to the left leg nerve repair surgery, the plaintiff developed drop foot syndrome.

After years of litigation, we recovered $1,488,650.77 from the insurance carrier insuring the defendant, and the defendant paid $300.00 out of personal funds.
