$4,650,000 Pedestrian Struck by a Commercial Vehicle Suffered Brain Injury

$4.65 million recovered. Pedestrian/plaintiff was struck by a commercial vehicle that resulted in multiple fractures to pedestrians left leg and approximately 30 stitches to the right leg. At the scene, the pedestrian/plaintiff was incubated because of injuries to the head. At the hospital pedestrian/plaintiff had to undergo an emergency craniotomy surgery to reduce swelling of the brain. As a result of the injuries the pedestrian/plaintiff recovered $4.65 million.
